MY FAVOURITE GIFT TO ME

I absolutely love the positivity package and everything it’s about. It’s something I now subscribe to as a monthly gift to me. I have also sent them as presents and use them as competition prize. I know how much thought and effort goes into something like this. 5 stars for sure xx

Don’t expect too much

It had some nice bits in but without the discount I would say it’s very overpriced. Mostly paper and a gem. Cute to get in the post.

Attention to detail

Was so happy to receive the posativity package.. Everything in it was useful and very pretty. Only downfall was the beautiful notebook included in the package was dirty on the edges. In our current situation covid 19 and cleanliness being so essential finding the notebook not 100% clean was off putting it had obviously been lying in stock for a while.. I put it straight into the bin. I will definitely buy another box to give the company a chance as we all need an extra bit of posativity in our current climate..

Not what I had hoped for

I suppose the biggest issue with my box was that there was nothing telling me what was actually in the box! THere was a crystal in the box but I have no idea what kind or what it does. IT is really important to me to know what is in there especially when there are edible goods (allergens?!) as well as wax melts which could be confused for a bar of white chocolate!

I also don't understand why I cardboard (and therefore recyclable) box has to then be wrapped in single use plastic which can't be recycled. :(

I don't feel the box is worth the money and I won't purchase again.

There is not a note included inside the package advising the contents as it is a mystery package and the items vary from box to box as the Mystery Package includes items from previous packages. The crystal you received would have been our Snow Quartz Crystal.

The wax melts also have information on the back which are CLP compliant. By looking at the sticker on the back, you can see that they are not food.

In regards to the single use plastic, we are working very hard to change this and I totally understand this. We did not previously use mailer bags, but we had a number of complaints that the package arrived damaged and dirty.
