The contents of the package are kept a secret until the 1st of the month. The items inside will be similar to that of the product image.

How much does it cost?

Monthly Positivity Package (minimum 3 months) £17.99 per month including 2nd class Royal Mail delivery (within the UK).

Rolling Monthly Positivity Package £19.99 per month 

Gift a Positivity Package £23.99 including 2nd class Royal Mail delivery (within the UK).

Do the contents of the package change each month?

Yes! Every month we create a totally new Positivity Package.

When do you take my payment?

When signing up to the Monthly/Rolling Positivity Package, payment will be taken straight away. After this, payment will be taken on or around the 1st of the month.

Gift a Positivity Package payments will be taken straight away. No further payments will be taken as these products are a one off purchase.

 

When will I get my Positivity Package?

Once payment has been made, we will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. If there is a delay to your order, we will notify you via email. **UPDATE - WE ARE SEEING DELAYS ONCE HANDED OVER TO ROYAL MAIL - SOME ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO BE DELIVERED ONCE DISPATCHED ** 

How long until I receive my package after it has been posted?

1st Class Royal Mail - 1-2 working days.

2nd Class Royal Mail - 2-3 working days.

Ireland Economy - 15 days.

Ireland Standard - 3-5 working days.

Can I track my package once it has been posted?

All packages are sent with Track and Trace Royal Mail.

How long is the subscription?

Monthly subscription is a minimum of three months and it is ongoing until you cancel.

Rolling subscription is a flexible plan, you can cancel at anytime.

How is the package delivered?

We use Royal Mail for all packages. There’s no need to be at home to take delivery as our packages fit through a standard size letterbox.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time after three months. Simply create an account using the email address used to order, once logged in to your account, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and from there you can manage your subscription.

Can I send as a gift and add a personalised message?

You can add a personalised message to Gift a Positivity Package. Please enter your personalised message in the text box on the product page and select your card.

What if I have any allergies/intolerances?
