If you aren’t familiar, affirmations are statements you repeat over and over and over again until they become a belief. You might not believe them to begin with but over time your subconscious mind begins to accept them as truth.
Try repeating ‘I am enough, I am worthy, and I am deserving of everything I desire’ 10 or more times as you’re getting ready every morning, and you’ll eventually see your self-belief soar.
